I’ll be sitting when the evening comes, watching the moon light up the sky. I have nothing to live for and it looks like nothing is coming my way. Everything in the world has changed for the worse and everyone that was around me has disappeared from my life. I can’t change what happened, nothing is ever going to change, as everything always remains the same. I can’t do what people tell me to do, so I just try to be happy with what I have. I am just going to sit here on this dock resting my bones till I die, as I have made this dock my home.

Glad you’re not in the inspirational speaker profession, Jim. Ouch! lol

I guess I could be an inspirational speaker for people that have decided to kill themselves.

Maybe you should try sitting on the dock of the river for a change.

Sounds nice if there are no mosquitoes around.

Mosquitos can ruin a good day but they are not too bad in Western Washington compared to hotter places I have lived.

Oh no! I hope this is purely fiction! It is quite sad.

It is kind of like a parody on the Otis Redding song.

Yes, I did notice that!

A short post for you, Jim, but I love how you incorporated Otis Redding’s into it. Well done!

Thanks, Fandango and I made that dock my home.
