No Tickee, No Washee

A phrase made popular at the Chinese laundry where they would only return a customer’s wash when they had the ticket (receipt) with them.  I got my second Covid-19 jab today and everything went fine, till I stopped for gas and then opted in on the carwash for an extra $10.  I pulled in and my cousin kept yelling at me to stop, before I actually reached the area where the washing occurs and the thing timed out and we got into a big argument with her saying that I don’t read directions and me thinking that she was panicking.
