“I spend a lot of time thinking of the Hereafter – each time I enter a room I wonder what I’m here after.”
“I resent my barber when he charges the full cost after he cuts my hair, but he says he’s charging me for finding it.”
“I’ve never really taken anything very seriously.”
I admire the late comedian Tim Conway because he had the guts to do whatever he thought was funny.

Most of my memories come from watching Mchale’s Navy, but I think he made me laugh the most in the movies he did with Don Knotts.

I do like the Apple Dumpling Gang and the others…Carol Burnett is probably where I remember him the most…whatever he was in…he was so naturally funny.

I am saddened by the deaths of all of these comedians and entertainers I grew up watching and loving. Tim Conway was one of the greatest and funniest. Thanks for this post, Jim.

It is the least I could do for a guy that always made me laugh. I guess that the older you get the more people you see die.
