I just composed a Synchronicity poem that relates a coincidence of events that seems to be meaningful using eight three-line stanzas in a syllable pattern of 8/8/2. This poetry is not supposed to rhyme and it is written in the first person with a twist. That twist is revealed within the last two stanzas. Carl Jung said, “Synchronicity is an ever present reality for those who have eyes to see.” I hope that everyone enjoys my poem.
God please grant me some more viewers
Readers that click on the like button
I can change my writing approach
With your help I will make things better
Hoping to make the world better
A place that we can all enjoy
Accepting new challenges now
Building a pathway to freedom
Absorbing the bad with the good
As it is, as it should become
Trusting that things will be alright
Always forward, never look back
If I don’t get more new readers
I only have myself to blame
