Ghost Rider

She broke her neck on the jumping course, so she sold her soul to the devil and he let her return to ride her beloved stallion named Killer.  She had thoughts of trying to trick the devil in some way, to escape the contract and get her soul back, but for now she was happy to be out of the hospital bed and back in the saddle again.  Satan came to her when she was at a crossroads, deciding whether or not she wanted to go on living or not.  She had encountered the devil once before, when she was riding through the Pine Barrens of Southern New Jersey, as he gave out a screech and she saw that he had the face of a horse, the head of a dog, bat-like wings, horns and a tail.

When Lucifer appeared in her hospital room and told her that for the price of her soul, he could have her up and walking again, she accepted his offer.  She realized that she was not making a deal with some chump that just fell off a turnip truck, as she had heard that Satan helped Trump write his book Art Of The Deal.  She knew that she must be prepared for whatever he was going to throw at her, and since her brother was a lawyer and her sister was a notary she asked them to both be present when she signed the contract to make sure all the I’s were dotted and the T’s got crossed.  Her siblings warned her against this, but she insisted that it was her soul and that she could do with it as she pleased.

She had a juju suit created for protection, which made her look like a skeleton and she also painted Killer to match.  The suit was infused with magical power, having been blessed by a real witch doctor in West Africa and she would wear this every time she rode her horse.  The witch doctor suggested that she also carry around the shrunken head of a monkey where ever she went, but she was not comfortable with that.
